Breakfast-

2 glasses water w/ lemon
Clump of raw spinach
3 egg whites w/ raw garlic, pinch of cayenne & salt
5 raw almonds

Lunch-
Half granny smith apple, manuka honey & cinnamon top

Snack-
Kale, couple walnuts

Dinner-
Sliced buffalo chicken

14 weeks till the beach

First blog post. Nobody reads this anyway so it's really just a way for me to keep track of my getting-in-shape-for-summer health kick.

Goals (start date March 6):
Drop 20 lbs in 6 weeks (April 18)
Drop 30 lbs in 14 weeks with 5-10 added pounds of muscle (June 12)
