Breakfast-

2 glasses water w/ lemon
Clump of raw spinach
3 egg whites w/ raw garlic, pinch of cayenne & salt
5 raw almonds

Lunch-
Half granny smith apple, manuka honey & cinnamon top

Snack-
Kale, couple walnuts

Dinner-
Sliced buffalo chicken
